I am Ingrid Frijlink and this is the website of INGULAR.
After working for over 20 years as a Project and Account Management specialist in IT, Transport and CRM, I decided to take the logical next step and started my own company.

Accomplishments
Successfully set up and managed a pricing and billing programme for a major Dutch truck manufacturer in 17 European countries, while leading a team of 19 multilingual employees. This included the implementation and management of a Support Service Centre in 11 languages, resulting in high customer satisfaction among over 5,000 users.
Managed the successful implementation and ongoing operations of the General Motors Benelux CRM databases, web-based lead management systems and other IT applications with 5 direct reports, resulting in €1.2 million turnover in 2006.
Managed major advertising accounts such as Unilever and was responsible for the quality of all campaigns of these customers.
Set up and managed a contact centre business unit, profit and loss responsible, campaigns averaging 1,500 hours per week and 150 contact centre agents, resulting in €3 million turnover per year.
As a volunteer, coached immigrants to improve their knowledge of Dutch language and society.
